How much does a renovation cost?
We can only give an exact price after a survey, because every property is different. The on-site survey is free, and the quote is itemised and fixed — what we write is what it costs.
How long does it take?
It depends on the scope. The exact start and handover dates are set in the quote and the contract.
Who buys the materials?
We do, or you do — whichever you prefer. Materials are listed separately in the quote, so costs stay transparent.
How do payments work?
In stages: first for materials, then for completed parts of the work. We never ask for the full amount upfront.
Do you give a guarantee?
Yes, a written guarantee on our work — 6 months or 1 year, depending on the type of work.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
Yes, for both private clients and companies.
